On the one hand bluetooth will drain the battery more than normal HAs, but the large 675 battery size is bigger than other aids I have had. I had not received any low battery warning sounds.Īs these are very new to me I have no idea what battery life to expect, using them 18 hrs a day. I was able to reconnect after changing the batteries.Īt the point where I changed them the hearing aids were working fine (apart from not connecting to the iPhone) and the battery indication was 100% (full bars) in both the Smart app, and the accessibility screen. At that point I changed them because I had lost connection with iPhone, and changed the batteries as a last resort, which worked. They can be reached at (888) 735-4327 or longest I have used the same set of batteries is two weeks. Do you typically change your batteries before they’ve fully drained? We haven’t heard of other users experiencing this problem, but you might want to call our consumer support line to see if there is something unique in your situation specifically. However, we are surprised to hear that you haven’t seen it change in 4 weeks of wear.

Hi mikebhm, the battery indicator shows when your battery is either at full strength or midway through battery life, it doesn’t decrease gradually like your iPhone battery status does – which is why we thought you might only have seen it at 100%. I have not seen anything except completely full battery state in four weeks of usage.Īre any other Enzo (or Linx) users actually seeing correct battery indication? Good to see your participation here, but slightly puzzled by your response, which repeated exactly what I said about how battery state is indicated in two places, but did not address my main point, which is that neither indication actually works. If you still have questions, you can always call our consumer support line at (888) 735-4327 and someone can help you at your convenience. You can also access the battery life indicator through the ReSound Smart app on the menu page. It won’t indicate a specific percentage as you see with your iPhone battery status.
The battery level indicator gives an indication of whether the ReSound ENZO has enough power for operation (either full strength or midway through battery life) or if it is at low battery level and wireless operation is close to interruption. Once in this screen, you can see the left and right side indicators and current battery status indicator for the respective side. You are correct, you can find the battery life by going to Settings > General > Accessibility > Hearing Aids menu, select the circled “i” and arrow to show your hearing instruments.
